Your selected photo is downscaled in your browser and transmitted to Respec's configured AI vision processor to perform the quality check and five estimates. Respec keeps the image only in request memory, does not write it to a file or database, and discards its copy when the scoring request ends. For same-photo retry consistency, Respec may keep a SHA-256 technical identifier derived from the normalized photo bytes and the completed scoring result in temporary application memory for the configured short TTL (24 hours by default); the image is not included, and restarting the application clears this cache. Processor-side handling is governed by that processor's API terms and configuration and must be confirmed by the operator before paid traffic.
Your bounded plan choices and opaque scan/report tokens may remain in this tab's sessionStorage until the browser session ends. The encrypted scan token is valid for up to 2 hours. A finalized report may remain in Respec's temporary server memory for up to 24 hours so Checkout and delivery can resolve it. Respec does not operate a user-account database. Application event logs may contain a timestamp, creative code, variant code, anonymous funnel ID, quality outcome, and delivery status, but not the photo or request body.
Stripe, Resend, the configured vision processor, the hosting provider, and TikTok retain the data they receive under their own policies and Respec's configuration. Checkout metadata contains the offer ID, opaque report token, creative code, variant code, and anonymous funnel ID. Respec does not currently use a separate product-analytics provider.
You can leave before payment and close the tab to clear browser-session data. Email support@respecyourface.com to request access, correction, or deletion of data Respec controls; payment or transaction records may be kept where required for fraud, tax, or legal obligations.
